We shoot. We write. Your legacy.

With over 20 years experience in the fields of photojournalism, journalism and graphic design, Chris and Natasha cover two weddings each month. Couples, their family members and the wedding party are photographed and interviewed over the course of the entire week leading up to the wedding, ensuring entire stories, sub-plots and details are  forever remembered in a way that reflects each couple’s true spirit.

Documenting weddings in the style of magazine photojournalism, Chris and Natasha produce one-of-a-kind heirlooms; coffee table-style books filled with stunning images accompanied by each couple’s love and wedding stories, which are captured in a beautifully crafted narrative. All work is completely custom. And, no two books are alike.

All couples receive a  private web gallery, which contains not only the images in their book, but hundreds more,  to view and share. And, all couples have the option to order fine art and custom prints. Sideshows, web options and custom graphic design are all available upon request. The sky is the limit. Absolutely all printed material is archival quality and designed to last for generations.

WriteShot’s projects are not just limited to weddings; and 2011 brings the introduction of their Legacy subscription service. Designed in response to their clients’ requests, WriteShot Legacy commissions include a couple’s wedding book, first anniversary book and baby’s first year book.

Additional projects include the company’s trademarked Puptales, stories of clients’ canines. An avid horsewoman, Natasha eagerly awaits the opportunity to shoot and write a Ponytale. 2011 projects are taking WriteShot from NYC to Maui and  already include several family legacy books, a history of an exclusive boutique hotel, love and wedding books.

Natasha is Vice-President of the Las Vegas Wish Upon a Wedding Chapter and a member of the Las Vegas Fly’N Aces Flyball Team. Chris continues to shoot professional boxing and is finishing up a book on the History of Boxing in New Mexico, a project for which he received a grant from the State Historian’s office. He has also contributed a chapter to a boxing anthology titled, The First Black Boxing Champions, which will be released in Spring 2011.

When Chris and Natasha are not shooting, writing, editing and laying out books, they are hiking and sharing ice-cream with their three dogs, Grendel, Gorgo and Seven. Or, if it’s raining, they are curled up with all the critters, watching movies on Roku. To date, they have rated over 2,204 movies on Netflix.

Your life is a series of events. You’ve got one shot to document it. Make it the WriteShot.
